From idea to market: empowering rural entrepreneurship through innovation

On June 20, 2024, InnovationGUIDE hosted the regional stakeholder event “From Idea to Market: Boosting Rural Entrepreneurship through Innovation” in Santiago de Compostela, organized by FEUGA. The event brought together 53 participants from diverse backgrounds, including entrepreneurs, academia, industry, investors, NGOs, and policymakers, to explore the opportunities and challenges of rural innovation.

The day featured roundtable discussions on key topics such as agriculture, bioeconomy, sustainable tourism, and the future of rural entrepreneurship, with contributions from experts, startups, and innovation leaders. The event also included networking sessions, allowing stakeholders to exchange ideas and build connections to strengthen rural entrepreneurship ecosystems.
